Q: How do I know which IELTS course is right for me?

The 'Introduction to IELTS' course is perfect for those who are beginning their IELTS preparation or are not yet ready to take the test but want to start their studies. The 'Intensive IELTS' course is designed for those who need rapid progress and results. To determine the best course for your needs, we recommend arranging a consultation call to discuss your goals in detail.

Q: How long does each IELTS course last?

The 'Introduction to IELTS' course typically spans one week of private lessons, while the 'Intensive IELTS' course generally lasts for a month. Both courses offer flexibility, which can be discussed during a consultation. Additionally, self-study materials are provided before the course begins, allowing students to determine how long they wish to engage with these materials before, during, and after the lessons.

Q: How do I enrol in a course?

To enrol in a course, please complete the booking form to arrange an initial consultation call, where you will discuss the course details and confirm your interest. If you decide to proceed, we will send you a booking form and invoice via email. After payment, we will schedule a 'preparation call' to develop a personalised study plan, conduct a level test, and create a suitable timetable. Your lessons will then commence on the agreed-upon date.

Q: How are the private lessons conducted?

Private lessons are conducted via Google Meet, though we can accommodate other platforms if required. Each session is recorded and made available on a shared drive for your review. Availability and scheduling are discussed during the consultation, and a detailed timetable will be provided with your booking confirmation. Lessons typically last three hours, with flexibility based on your needs. Classes follow a customised curriculum informed by a needs analysis, and homework is reviewed at the start of each lesson.

Q: What is the PASS Guarantee and how does it work? What are the specific requirements to qualify?

The PASS Guarantee is available for the Intensive IELTS Course. If you do not achieve your target band score on your first attempt, we will cover the cost of your next exam and provide an additional 30 hours of free preparation classes.

To qualify for the PASS Guarantee, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Attend at least 90% of the original classes.

  • Adhere to the curriculum and study plan, including completing all assigned homework and practice exams.

  • Approach the course with confidence and fully engage in the preparation process.

This guarantee is designed to ensure you have the support needed to achieve the results you need.

Q: What materials do I need to bring to the lessons?

You will need a working laptop with a microphone (a camera is preferred but not essential), something to take notes with, such as pen and paper, and any relevant homework. No additional materials are required.

Q: How soon can I start my course after booking?

The start date of your course depends on several factors and will be discussed during your consultation. The process involves filling out the booking form to arrange a consultation, during which we will confirm a time via email. Following the consultation call, if you decide to proceed, you will receive a booking form and invoice via email. After payment is received, a preparation call will be scheduled to create a personalised study plan, timetable, and level test. Classes will then begin on the agreed-upon date. Please note that waiting times may vary based on current student numbers, and you will be informed of any potential waiting list during the consultation.

Q: How will I access the self-study materials provided in the course?

The self-study materials will be emailed to you before the first lesson and will be accessible via Google Drive.

Q: Can I take a break during the course if needed?

During the initial consultation and needs analysis calls, we will plan your schedule to accommodate any other commitments, aiming to avoid the need for breaks. However, in cases of emergencies, your studies can be put on hold if necessary.

Q: Do you offer corporate or group packages for businesses?

We do not offer corporate or group packages as a standard option, but we are open to discussing potential arrangements if a company expresses interest. Please book a consultation to explore possible arrangements.

Q: Is there a minimum English proficiency level required to enrol in your courses?

For the Introduction to IELTS Course, a preferred minimum English proficiency level is B1. For the Intensive IELTS Course, the required proficiency level depends on the target grade and will be discussed during the consultation process.

Q: What is the minimum age requirement to enrol in your courses?
