All sales are final. Once a purchase is made, refunds will not be provided, as you receive instant access to our course materials.

II. Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptionally rare and unavoidable circumstances beyond both MasterIELTS's and the customer's control, we may consider a refund. Such cases will be assessed individually. Refunds should not be expected and will only be granted for classes that have not been attended.

III. Intensive IELTS Course Specific Policy
For students enrolled in our Intensive IELTS Course:

-
Target Score Achievement: If you do not achieve the target score agreed upon during your consultation, MasterIELTS will cover the cost of your second IELTS test and provide an additional 30 hours of classes at no extra charge.
-
Additional Hours: These additional 30 hours will be provided only if you do not meet the target score discussed and agreed upon during your consultation call. If you request additional hours after achieving the agreed upon score, these hours will not be provided.
-
Scheduling of Additional Hours: The 30 additional hours may not be scheduled at the same times as previous classes. Priority for scheduling will be given to the student currently taking the course.

IV. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled class, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice before the start of the class. In this case, you will be allowed to reschedule the class for another time, subject to availability. If you cancel a class with less than 24 hours' notice, the class will be considered used and deducted from your total classes. No rescheduling will be allowed for late cancellations.
If you do not attend a scheduled class and fail to provide any notice, the session will also be considered used and deducted from your total classes.
V. Rescheduling Policy
If you wish to reschedule a class, please email us at info@masterielts.org with at least 24 hours' notice before the start of the class. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time, subject to availability. If you request to reschedule a class with less than 24 hours' notice, this will be treated as a late cancellation. The session will be considered used, and a new class will need to be booked.
VI. Lateness Policy
Please ensure you are ready to begin your class at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and no additional time will be provided. The class will be counted as used.
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late without prior notice, the class will be considered a no-show, and it will be counted as used. If you inform us in advance of your late arrival, we will do our best to adjust the session within the remaining time.
VII. Technical Issues
If you encounter any technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course, please contact our support team at info@masterielts.org, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
VIII. Emergencies
An "emergency" is defined as an unexpected and severe event that prevents you from attending your scheduled class or adhering to the cancellation/rescheduling policy. This may include sudden medical emergencies, severe accidents, or significant personal crises. If you anticipate such an event, please contact us at info@masterielts.org as soon as possible. We will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and determine the appropriate action, such as rescheduling or waiving cancellation penalties.
